Crockpot Gaming: Geralt's Chicken Leg Feast - OFF TO TOUSSAINT!
Recipe below. I could game for hours on end. The only problem I have encountered with this vice (besides my total resistance to growing up) is food. I love it. Need it. Love making it. But after 6 hours of putting palm to mouse, I have little time for it. UNTIL TODAY. To all the gamers with a soft spot for food: Your days of striking a balance are over. For I present to you. Crockpot Gaming. Geralt's Chicken Leg Feast. 2 lbs chicken drumsticks. 1/4 Cup butter. 1/2 Cup Buffalo Wing Hot Sauce. 1 TBSP Honey. .5 TBSP Worcestershire. Line your crockpot with a crockpot plastic lining. Place your drumsticks in the crockpot as flat as possible. Combine the butter, hot sauce, honey and Worcestershire in a bowl and stir. Pour mixture over the drumsticks. Coat thoroughly with your hands. Set the crockpot to high heat and the timer to 2 hours. You can do this on low heat for 4 hours as well if you feel like your computer demands it. Just before the timer is up, preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Place the drumsticks on a baking sheet and pour the remaining sauce from the crockpot onto the wings. Bake for 2-4 minutes a side, or to your preferred degree of doneness. This will give the drumsticks a more crispy outer shell while leaving the inside super juicy. Pair the meat with your favorite assorted cheeses and fruits. Don't get too comfortable though, because it's off to Toussaint with you. This video was inspired by the countless hours of enjoyment I have gotten out of Witcher 3. Enjoy!.
