This place spawns so rapidly it's incredibly useful for getting supplies, ammo, rare supplies like Anti-Freeze bottles and Tarberries for Berry Mentats, lots of adhesive, it spawns lots of bags of cement in case you want to make your base out of cement walls, a bit of wood, and enemies for xp. Hell, I've even found an ammo box filled with fusion cores before, you can hit this spot up all day everyday, and about the only things I can never/rarely find that I need at this spot that I need are either bloodleafs or aluminum..
