Niko meets Vlad over at Comrades Bar on Mohawk Avenue. Vlad appears to like Niko, enough that he can send him out on a mission. Vlad asks him to deal with a china shop owner who owes Vlad protection money, the shop located at Camden Avenue in Duke. Vlad offers Niko a baseball bat to deal with the shop owner to teach him a lesson, but Niko doesn't need it, since he can deal with it alternatively. Upon arrival, the shop is locked by the owner, thus refusing to pay Vlad's protection money. Niko finds something, specifically a brick, to throw at one of the shop's window.
