Legends was the first major 3D title in the franchise, and was initially released on the PlayStation. A Nintendo 64 port was, but it was renamed as Mega Man 64 in the west. Mega Man Legends was followed by the prequel The Misadventures of Tron Bonne and a sequel titled Mega Man Legends 2.
