Here is a simple way to get your old chrome look back. |--| Just click the Apps button in the corner. Than go to settings and set the Apps page as the start page. |--| If you need to find the original apps page so it can be saved as home or as the start page you may need to type this [[ chrome://apps/ ]] into the address bar and hit enter. ( not the brackets).
