REFS Blow End of SPURS vs. THUNDER AGAIN [Durant/Westbrook Lead Thunder in Game 5]

The San Antonio Spurs dropped all of one game at home during the regular season, but they might have run into their kryptonite. Russell Westbrook and Kevin Durant are currently on a war torn path to the Western Conference Finals, and both seem to not enjoy being considered underdogs to both the Spurs and Warriors. Game 5 was not without controversy, as the end of the game saw a similar finish to Game 2, with Dion Waiters inbounding the ball and the refs missing another foul call. While the ending to Game 5 was far from as messy as the ending to Game 2, the refs missed a clear foul by Kawhi Leonard to send Westbrook to the line. Instead, Westbrook drove the baseline and got an and-1 over LaMarcus Aldridge. The Thunder closed out the remaining few seconds with solid perimeter defense on their way to a commanding 3-2 series lead.
