UNDA DA SEA ► World of Warcraft Solo Dungeon Leveling Challenge #25 ► The Throne of Tides Solo

- Dawn's Playlist. The World of Warcraft solo dungeon leveling challenge requires you to level purely by soloing current level dungeons. Sounds like fun. From Wikipedia about World of Warcraft. "World of Warcraft (WoW) is a massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) created in 2004 by Blizzard Entertainment. It is the fourth released game set in the fantasy Warcraft universe, which was first introduced by Warcraft: Orcs & Humans in 1994.[3] World of Warcraft takes place within the Warcraft world of Azeroth, approximately four years after the events at the conclusion of Blizzard's previous Warcraft release, Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne.[4] Blizzard Entertainment announced World of Warcraft on September 2, 2001.[5] The game was released on November 23, 2004, on the 10th anniversary of the Warcraft franchise.". The Dungeon Challenge. It works like this. Pick, or random a class, and level until say 14, or 15. Pick a dungeon and solo it. You can use any tradeskill, boa, enchantments, ah items you buy, or potions/food you have, but the point is you solo level appropriate dungeons. No doing grey dungeons, and try to stay at least at yellow levels, although sometimes there are a lack of dungeons, and if a dungeon goes green while you're soloing in it then that's fine. You are allowed to do quest if a reward is a nice upgrade for you, or it's something you want to do. This applies to occasional pvp for certain items as well. Buy whatever you want from the Ah if you want. The solo'ing rule can only be broken if say you need a piece of gear from a dungeon, and it's not feasible for you to get there at the appropriate level. Example would be RFC for alliance, or Stockades for horde. In these cases specific que, and get your piece. Same for if the dungeon is literally not soloable. For example melee classes and BRD. You can get to the end, but Emp has a 5 second stun on a 6 second cool down so it's not happening unless that's a bug they fixed. Works for ranged though. Why do this. -5x the experience as you would with a normal group. -5x the loot, and no sharing even if super valuable, or rare items drop. -Better understanding of the class, fight mechanics, and you can see dungeons as truly fun places to challenge yourself instead of pushovers. -No waiting for respawns, or depending on other players just yourself. -No getting ganked. -The dungeons, and boss fights truly feel epic again. It's hard to feel like that when your 5 man random group steam rolls Whiteman in 10 seconds flat, but by yourself. It's an exquisite feeling. Very different than the usual leveling method. -Not the fastest way to level, but still moderately fast. -Not able to just steam roll content need to actually be aware of mechanics. -Could be expensive if you're constantly buying yourself new gear, but that's true for anything I guess. Most players will use heirlooms though so it's not too bad. -You do have to either get a ride, or run yourself to the dungeons. -If you care about reputation from anything other than main cities then you will miss out on that as you level since you can only wear tabards for main cities until Northrend time.
