Continuing on in our Gaming Through The Ages adventure we have decided to ditch our Sega Dreamcast in favor of an almost brand new Playstation 2. Crazy Taxi may have given us a taste of a 3D open world but now we get to experience another 3D open world that allows to do so much more, even be a taxi driver if we want to. Emulator used: pcsx2-r5875. In each episode of gaming through the ages we will play one game from each year in chronological order starting from 1975. We will watch as simple sprites in a 2 colour, single screen world turn into millions of colours in a 3d expansive living and breathing universe. Once we reach modern times (e.g. 2016) we will jump back to 1975 and start Phase 2 where we explore a different group of games. Be sure to comment on what game I should play next.
