These are the "File 3" NPCs, called so because they were expected to be released with the unreleased (or unfinished) portion of the Resident Evil Outbreak series.. I unlocked these characters using Codebreaker. Not sure which version because I don't have the disc anymore. I'm also not sure which Outbreak versions I have.. Things to note from the first Outbreak:. - Richard is named "Man9". - Keith is named "Doctor4" and starts with a Recovery Pill (Large). - Derek is named "U.S.S.2". - Matthew is named "Man8". - Robert is named "Man6". - Chuck is named "Man7". - Ginger is named "Woman1". - Laura is named "Woman2". - Amelia is named "Woman3".
