On June 2nd in Cleveland Ohio, the father of a serial killer's female victim leaped across the courtroom to get to his daughter's murderer. No one could blame Van Terry for doing it. He was on the witness and giving a testimony of what impact losing his daughter, Shirellda has had on his life. When he was finished he glanced across the courtroom and saw, the killer Michael Madison, smiling viciously at him and he just lost it. Deputies were able to intercept Terry before he could get to Madison so justice will have to wait a little longer to get her hands on Madison who killed 18 year old Shirellda and wrapped her body in a garbage bag. The bodies of two other other females were discovered near a building where Madison lived. Prosecutors are going for the death penalty but Madison's attorneys argue that leniency should be granted toward Madison who was abused by his stepfather and alcoholic mother..
