Finally figured out how to swap out all Hearthstone assets for my own :). This is just an example - you can get creative and change anything you want. Maybe you want a Ben Brode card in there laughing all the time (hint: I added Ben Brode laughing all the time as Ancient of Lore). @Blizzard: This doesn't change anything for the opponent or any of the interactions. It's just more fun to play this way ;). Love you..
