A Collinsville mother said she is outraged after finding out her 12-year-old son has been bullied by a classmate's parent. Nichole Beacoats is not sure how long her son has been bullied because he was afraid to speak up, but she now wants the mother who sent the messages to be held responsible. The victim reportedly started receiving threatening voice texts when he did not want to date the woman's daughter. After realizing his younger brother was upset, 20-year-old Devon Dean tried to step in but also became a target of the suspect's racially charged comments.
