Philadelphia, PA - On Monday, September 14, 2015, at 3:50 am, CCTV police released footage shows three unknown males gained entry to the Broad and Grange Pharmacy located at 5751 North Broad Street by forcing open a rear door. Video surveillance captured the suspects pulling up to the rear of the pharmacy in a newer model Jeep Cherokee SRT8 edition dark in color. The suspects then use crowbars and power saws to gain access to the rear doors and cutting the wire to the alarm system. Once inside two of the suspects appear to be taking specifics medications from storage units and shelving area while the third suspect remains with the vehicle acting as a lookout and moves the Jeep Cherokee to the street so not to draw attention to the business. The suspects then turn their attention to the safe using a power saw in an attempt to gain access. During the entire time inside the pharmacy the suspects stay in contact with the lookout via walkie talkies. At one point the suspects appear to be alerted by the lookout to stop and leave the building. The suspects then fled the building to the waiting vehicle and was last seen east on Grange Avenue. Taken was numerous bottles of prescription narcotics. Suspect Description: Suspect #1: Male, unknown race, wearing a dark colored hooded sweatshirt, dark colored mask, camouflage pants, dark colored boots, and gloves. Suspect #2: Male, unknown race, wearing a dark colored mask, dark colored baseball cap with “P” Phillies logo, dark colored jacked, dark colored pants, boots, and gloves.
