My wife and I booked a room in this beautiful Hotel, everything seemed to be normal nothing was mentioned, so we took our key to the room on the third floor and had a walk on the property which was very nice because the accommodation is made very nice no standard. |--| As we were there music started to play around 6 pm, and it was very loud it just went over the whole property which is very big, but accommodation is in a part of an area with many nature, after our walk we went to the reception and asked about the music and the receptionist told us it will be finished at 11pm with the music, but after 8 pm the music got even louder and people also singing life music, at 10pm we wanted to have some rest but that was impossible so we waited patient until 11pm and hoped the music will be turned off but that did not happen. |--| Actually when we booked the reception did not tell us there was a party arranged for the evening so we didn’t know. When we would have gotten this information we might suggested to take another Hotel in the region of Vinnitsa because there are many. |--| To continue my story, at 00:39 I went from the third floor down to the reception and asked if they can turn off the music so the woman made a call and the music was turned down, I couldn’t speak English because they don’t speak the English language which is very strange when you have a business in the Hotel life so I spoke in my little Russian and she had the clue, after that the music was turned off we thought now we can sleep but NO people who were drunk even stay and speak loud and made many noise, on the property are two man from the park security if you think they work and ask the guest to be quiet. No this is to may work so we needed to hear this disturbing noise until 3am in the night. Even with our window closed it was a disaster and our rest and sleep was totally gone, if you think there is management I think not, the only thing what counts here is money and not the happy guest, so inform before you book in this Hotel. |--| Breakfast DISASTER if you are European or American or from Britain believe me you will be dead in two days, to start with the food, only pancake with some meat hard cooked eggs one sort of marmalade and you can get milk and instant coffee there is some little bread, but that is it oh I forgot they do have some butter. If you are looking for other products like cheese or sweets or sorts of bread don’t search you will never find, the breakfast is very bad and you will be hungry especially when you are vegetarian, the music is just disgusting loud and you must listen to heavy metal and some hard house music search for a place where you can sit you will not find because the music is in the whole area DISGUSTING. NO ENGLISH/NO SERVICE/NO HOSPITALITY/NO REST.
