Travel to Friedich Island in the middle of the world and in the South near the water you will find Blue Pearl Captain Jaike. Captain Jaike has a quest for you, Talk to him and you will get Jaike's Whiskey. Drink it to show him what kind of man you are and then you talk to him again. The next two quests: 'Liberating the Jolly Roger' and 'Once Around and Back Again' will be very hard but will give you the title 'Guardian of the High Seas'. The quest contains of two Capture The Flag quests with the pirate faction. If the pirate flag is on Friedich island, the pirates can capture it. If the flag is on pirate island (Stormraw Sound), you can take it. You need to grab the flag from the fortress on Stormraw sound and bring it back to Friedich Island twice. I would suggest taking Stealth from Shadowplay before you start this quest. Also, having a pirate friend really helps. If you are starting this quest and the flag is still on Friedich, there is nothing left for you to do but wait. I managed to deliver the flag back to Friedich twice in three tries. Good luck!.
