With the recent news that Call of Duty Black Ops 1 is backwards compatible on the Xbox One, I decided to go play the game and to be honest, I fell in love with it all over again. The First gun class that I compare are the SMG's or Sub Machine Guns. I used the AK 74u in BO1 since that was one of my favorite weapons of all time and it is a BEAST. In black ops 3 I used the weevil. The Weevil is probably my favorite SMG in BO3 but it honestly didn't even come close to the subs in the original Black Ops. Second I compared the Assault Rifle class. In black ops 1 I showcased the Famas and the Galil. I am honestly not a huge fan of the Famas at all. A majority of the old time Call of Duty players loved that gun but I can't seem to calm it down. The Galil is nice and accurate but just doesn't work as well for me like the KN 44 in Black Ops 3. This gun is used for all situations and game modes. It is very versatile and very effective. The Assault rifles are better in BO3. Lastly, we move on to the Sniper Rifle classes. The old time Call of Duty games had the best snipers in my opinion. It was so easy and just so realistic, even with lousy graphics. The Draganov was a great sniper and was so easy to use. It was easy to shoot multiple times in rapid succession and got me on many high kill streaks. On the other hand, the Locust was pretty fun to use on BO3. I got a bunch of kills with it as well but there was something off. I don't like how the noise sounded when I shot and in BO1 it was just perfect. I gave the win to Black Ops 1 for the sniper class, giving my overall rank on the game higher than Black Ops 3. Aside from the graphics, I feel that Call of Duty Black Ops 1 is much better than Black Ops 3 in terms of gameplay and weapons. Obviously with modern technology BO3 looks better but this video is about what game strictly had the best gameplay and BO1 was the victor..
