Patch 6.10 is out, bringing Taliyah to the live servers (who I am eager to try out myself), as well as a few understandable changes to some of the dragon buffs. However, Riot has not necessarily nerfed the people that needed to be nerfed, and have given some buff to people that I felt were strong already, so I am not too happy Riot. Happy.
