The recent update for NFS didn't only add the much needed multiplayer races but also some extra single player content. In the new "prestige mode" you can replay 41 of the story events and have to beat "very hard" goals to win bronze, silver and gold medals in them. There are 8 events for each of the 5 "ways to play", plus a final challenge at the end. Here you can see all of the "Build" events. Some of these runs are still far from perfect. I only went for the gold medals here.
