Over a year in the making, its finally here. Crown and Geo proudly present our montage featuring spots found entirely by themselves. This video took thousands of hours of practice and execution in the course of the entire year. Be sure to leave a like and feedback. All the spots you see in this video (map breaking) were found by Geo and I. Since early 2007 we have been exploiting maps on Halo 3, then moved on to Halo: Reach, Halo 4, and a small amount of Halo 5. We started off with a channel that went by HLGxRebels where I was sharing leadership with a former buddy. I then branched out and started my own team which was know as HidersAreUs. The original HidersAreUs account was stolen around 2009-2010 by a person I considered my friend. So I made another channel "HidersRUs". This is where our popularity grew, and where our members quadrupled. Unfortunately, a year or two after - the account received two copyright strikes so we made another channel. "TeamHRU". This channel was extremely successful and had over 150 hiding tactic, and hiding spot videos. But, yet again, this was stolen, leading me to my newest channel "HidersRUss". To make a long story short.. We've been breaking maps, hiding, and helping our fellow hiding community since the beginning of time and the proof is all there on YouTube. If you're interested in seeing some of our old videos just search em' up. In this video you will see equipment duplication (turning a gravity lift into two power drains, turning a power drain into two gravity lifts, etc), dual gravity lift breaks, dual power drain breaks, or butterfly breaking. To break a barrier you want to get passed the "elastic" stage of that barrier. For example, on High Ground, say you walk towards the water. what happens. The barrier stops you from continiousy walking freely outside. So, what we did (in a nutshell) is use the explosions power of two powerdrains to push us against that barrier. Different spots vary, if you need to get somewhere high you would use gravity lifts rather than power drains. If there are no powerdrains, gravity lifts, etc you can use brute shots, grenades, or other items to push you out. So how do you break the map. Right before you hit the elastic barrier, get out. What this is doing is taking you from one side of the barrier to the other by getting out of the mongoose's seat. If you time everything correctly you will be successfully outside of the barrier (but watch out for the kill barriers.. that's a whole different story). Something else we have done was a "Butterfly break", as we like to call it. This is a lot more complicated and not consistent once so ever. But if you have a partner who is motivated as you are to do it, you will be sucessfull. Everyone know's what a butterfly jump is, now rapidly do it until you break a barrier. Remember, there's hundreds of things that can go wrong so don't be discouraged. A full tutorial will be conducted on this soon. Anyhow guys, I want to say thank you once again for tuning in.
