Your objective of learning English can be achieved this way. English is official language of more than seventy countries with a population of over 2 billion people. English is the major language of books, magazines, newspapers, railways, airports, International business and academic conferences, science, technology, diplomacy, sport, international competitions, pop music and advertising. Even in India, most of sign boards in front of shops is in English. The road signs are in English. The electronically stored information in world is 86% in English language. Majority of medicines manufactured in India wear the label in English. My endeavor is to help my youtube channel viewers to learn English in simple ways, so that they do not feel hesitation to speak English.
