A tutorial showing you how to blur/pixelate an object in a video. This method uses the Mosaic and the Cropping Filter. The area selected for the blur is cropped and key frames are placed along the timeline to follow the action as the area moves, this is done in the customize settings of the cropping filter. A Mosaic filter is used for the blur/pixelation. This method is useful for blurring a persons face or a car number plate. Please ignore the spelling mistakes I can see at least two there maybe more, I rushed this one a bit.
