I've seen a lot of ''calorie counting'' websites saying that I should eat about 3000 calories if I do full body training 3 times a week and 45mins of cardio everyday (im 6'4 270 pounds). I know that these websites aren't accurate but its close enough, Isn't that a lot of calories to take to lose fat. |--| 1:38 Hey Alex quick question. About 9 weeks ago I started focusing on my diet a lot more, making sure I was always in a surplus, and now I'm blowing up like crazy.
