(edit) since so many people cant figure this out it is a server MOD my friend ran - and yes it made herobrine real you could randomly encounter him - you would find random tunnels filled with redstone torches or you get strange messages. (/edit). Music is Devastation's Doorway by audixmusic. edit: The server no longer runs and never will, so don't bother asking to join :(.
