This concert is most commonly known as "Rock Montreal" which DVD and Blu-Ray was released in 2007 and in fantastic quality. This DVD is the old version of this concert. You first thing you will hear is that the sound is not mixed very well and sounds very try and the audience is nearly in-laudable as a result. Also the amount of overdubs on this DVD is very hefty compared to the "Rock Montreal" release, especially on songs like "Sheer Heart Attack" which overdubs weren't carried over onto the 2007 DVD. One this I will give this DVD release credit for is that the colours aren't off like on "Rock Montreal". Overall Freddie is in amazing vocal shape tonight but there was a lot of tension in the band as the director of the film production "Saul Swimmer" was disliked by the band as he demanded to have the same movements and clothing for both nights.
