As an alternative to full on house builds (I’m not ready/slightly petrified of doing those lol), I thought I’d start a Room Build series. It’s quite popular for the Sims 4. This is a formal living room. Where I’m from these are common. They are always located on the first level and they usually don’t have a TV or electronics in the room because it’s used for entertaining guests by engaging in conversation. Most of the time these rooms are only used on the Holidays when family comes to visit lol. Feel free to use this as a design guide or room inspiration. I’m not the best at interior design, but I try.
